Mounira Zahr is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MMM Cleaning. In 2015, Mounira activated her vision with a bucket and started the journey of MMM Cleaning. Over the past decade, she transformed MMM Cleaning from a small business to a widely known commercial cleaning company.
In 2024 she partnered with the NFL Draft, leading one of the largest scale cleaning operations to come to Detroit. In 2025, Mounira earned the Goldman Sachs Alumni Achievement Award highlighting her dedication, leadership, and impact as a business owner. Mounira’s passion for MMM Cleaning comes from her belief that a clean environment impacts how people feel, work and perform. This is rooted in her hands-on journey and commitment.
